We are going to launch Yealink Knowledge base for SIP phone/UBS product line first and other product lines later. The target is to provide deeper, clearer and more easy to read technical articles for distributors and partners.

Please share with Elaine@Yealink.com to freely discuss the content you expect to see in our KB.

Topics may include but not limited to:
1) Which function is most difficult for you and the current documents does not clearly explain it?
2）What knowledge do you expect to see?
3) Do you have any requirement for KB system?
