Hi all,
I have a weird problem with my handheld.
It does not receive any incoming calls. It just shortly beeps and then I have a missed call on the screen.
Paging from the base station works and a test ring from my ISP router does work as well. Outgoing calls work.
I have resetted both base and handheld and upgraded to latest firmware but nothing helped so far.

DnD is off, Call forwarding is off,

Don't know what else to check.

Best regards
Jan

Hi Jan,

Please clarify "resetted both base and handheld"
Do you mean you reset the base to factory default or just reboot it?
Please reset the base to factory default, re-provision it and try again.

Hope this will help.
Hi Frank,
I did a factory reset.
In the meantime I also tried with SIP credentials of my ISP and then incoming calls where received whereas outgoing calls did not work.

Desperately I changed back to the internal IP telephony settings on my ISP router and rebooted everything including router.

Guess what => now it works again....

Lessons learned. Always reboot everything in the process chain.

Hi Jan,

Glad to hear that you were able to get it to work and everything is fine now.
