Hello everyone,

we have a CP960 phone which is connected to an PC (via USB). Unfortunately we can't change the cp960 volume over the PC audio control.

If we reduce the PC volume to 1 or even 0 the phone volume keeps very loud, so even muting is not possible. Using the buttons on the phone also doesn't have any affect. I have checked the device manager and it seems that windows is missing drivers, but i can't find any on the net.

Does someone has any idea how to fix this?

Some information:
OS: Windows 10, Version 10.0.18362.1082
CP960: Firmware-Version: 73.85.0.5
Hardware-Version: 73.0.0.9.0.0.0

With best regards from Germany,
Florian

Web interface: Settings > Configuration > CFG Configuration > Export CFG Configuration File

To CFG Configuration File add:

Code:
phone_setting.usb.pc_mode.audio_union = 1

and Import CFG Configuration File to phone.
