Hi,
I've a sip phone T23G, I need to setup the DssKey so that each one make an HTTP request.
I've setup on this page the links:
https://phoneaddress/servlet?m=mod_data&p=dsskey&model=1&q=load

As:
Line Key2 URL http://externalhost/page LABEL
Line Key3 URL record http://externalhost/page LABEL

When I push the button a red light turns on but does nothing, I've exported log and with wireshark no request for the url has been done.

I cannot find documentation about URL and URL record, are these the correct functions to make the phone do a GET http request?

Firmware Version 44.84.0.10
Hardware Version 44.0.0.16.0.0.0

Thanks, BR
Hi Chiara,

I once had an identical issue with firmware 66.84.0.15 (T46S) and upgrading to 66.85.x.x or downgrading to 66.83.x.x worked (so it might be a x.84.x.x firmware issue).

I think you should try give it a show with firmware version 44.83.0.30 (which oddly isn't on Yealink's site anymore, but you can get it here https://drive.google.com/file/d/13eGdms1...=sharing), and maybe also try the latest firmware for the T23G (44.84.0.125, http://support.yealink.com/documentFront...entId=18).
Thank you, I've upgraded the firmware and this is solved: URL make a GET request
But what URL Record do?

Seemingly some way to record a call to a URL (server), see the Admin Guide https://www.manualslib.com/manual/827888...l?page=185
