I send the URL of the avatar in the SIP header via:

Call-Info: <http://xxxx/img.jpg>;purpose=icon

and I have configured all phones to download the image from the provided URL using provisioning:

account.1.picture_info_enable = 1

We have 3 types of phones in the office: T46G, T48G and T48S

While the avatar is shown on all T46G and T48S, it is not shown on the T48G. The newest firmware is installed on the T48G (35.83.0.120).

What could be the problem? As it works on the T46G and T48S there cannot be an error in the configuration. I also tried other formats (bmp and png) but the result was the same.

I have noticed the same issue.
I did a packet capture and I can see that the phone actually downloads the image however only the default image is shown and not the one for the contact
