Hello!
there is a phone yealink sip-t19p. it does not go to the web interface in the browser (the wheel turns for a long time and chrome writes 500 internal server error, in other browsers the wheel turns for a long time), although it pings and gets the IP address via DHCP normally (when connecting to different routers, it gets different IP addresses, for example 192.168.0.100, 192.168.1.34). I tried different browsers, cleaned browsers, and even tried on different computers. The phone settings were also reset to default (I kept the Central button for a long time and confirmed the reset with the OK button when asked). tried to flash through TFTPD, pressed the speakerphone button and turned on the power, entered all the settings (previously repeatedly flashed phones with Rostelecom-the procedure is familiar) writes network failed and after 3 seconds loads the phone in normal mode. please tell me what you can do. Thanks!!!!!
Did you get an answer to this?

Did you try accessing the GUI using https and http?

Have you checked the settings in the phone to see if the GUI is enabled?
You can get to the GUI from the phone's on screen menu by going to Menu > Settings > Advanced > (log in with the admin password) > Network > Web Server or Web Server Type: Make sure it is enabled and note the Port should be 80 for http and 443 for https.
I can suggest to connect IP Phone directly to your PC and check if IP Phone sending any provision request or packet to network.

If yes, you can set tftp address by DHCP and try to firmware upgrade and provisioning.
I never seen similar problem on Yealink IP Phones, maybe it is a wrong configuration like http/https port etc.
Hello! thank you so much for your help. I was resetting my phone's default settings.

so I think that the problem is not in the settings. I attach the network settings. HTTP status - ENABLE. where the HTTPS settings are not found.
the ip phone was received via DHCP 192.168.1.34. the phone is pinged(another ip because I connected 192.168.25.119 to another network, and the photos connected the phone 192.168.1.34 and the laptop 192.168. 1. 33 to the router 192.168.1.1 and I try to flash on TFTPD)

Thanks!!!
The firmware (31.71.14.9) isn't standard Yealink firmware, so that explains why we interface might be disabled and why factory reset doesn't help for that.
thank you! tell me, please, what settings to set, or how to update the firmware - via TFTPD gives an error. Thanks!

It's not about settings, the whole firmware is not the standard one. You'd need to flash the standard firmware with TFTP.

I cannot be sure why TFTP fails for you (was there any requests that came it on the computer, or not at all?), you can try using a different TFTP server (like Pumpkin http://kin.klever.net/pumpkin/binaries). Also try another computer on the same network and make sure that if you get a Firewall popup from the TFTP server you allow it.
thank you for your help! please tell me where you can get files for low-level phone firmware sip-t19p. As I understand there should be 3. Thank you!!!!

Thank you to everyone who helped me and especially thank you very much my dear friend-Yisroel_MongoTEL! everything worked, I got into the web interface. Firmware version 31.72.0.75! I am very grateful to all Of you and wish you good health, well-being and good luck in all your activities!!!! Tell me more, please, where to get the latest firmware for this phone. The Yealink site only has firmware for IP Phone SIP-T19 (P) E2, and I have a very old model SIP-T19P http://support.yealink.com/documentFront...ayPage%20
My error was most likely in the fact that when firmware via TFTPD I put only one file and that downloaded for the phone IP Phone SIP-T19 (P) E2
