The DECT Base or Handsets does not support Speed Dialing in any sort.

Sure? In Menu on the handset i can select settings - telephony - speed dial and i can set there manually entries from telephone book, local or also ldap...
it is for press eg. number 2 for 2 seconds and it dials the configured number.
So i want to set these entries with provisioning.
