We just bought a UH33 Headset for testing purpose and it's not detected properly on a T46S and T54S phone. Both phone are on v84+ firmware.
Is there an option to change in the configuration of the phone ?
When we plug the headset, the USB icon flashes for a while then we get a USB failed message.

Not a direct answer, but you may want to go with a YHS33 headset. Less money and you keep the USB port open for other things.
