In Version 66.85.0.5 (3cx pbx) when I configure the ringtone both in speaker and in headset it is heard only in the speaker. If I set the ringtone only in the headset it works.
The headset is a jabra Evolve 65 with the jabra link, but I also tried with a plantronics c3210

Hi,

I have read this in the admin guide and assuming you have set it accordingly?
"If the ringer device is set to Headset or Headset&Speaker, the headset (either a wired headset, Bluetooth headset or USB headset) should be connected to the IP phone and the headset mode also should be activated in advance."
