I am trying to setup a custom logo on a T41P phone. I understand that I need to convert from .bmp to .dob format - using PictureExDemo.

I have followed the link to obtain this - however the download page no longer seems to exist. Can anyone provide me with a working link to download PictureExDemo? I would like to have a converter that runs on windows.
