This is a tip (and possibly a bug report for Yealink) for anyone using wifi to connect their phone. We've seen this affect all series of phones whether using a phone with a usb wifi dongle or with built-in wifi:
When entering the wifi password from the phone's keypad, if your password has a zero (0) in it, if you are not specifically in number entry mode, then pressing 0 will enter some other unknown character. This is unbeknownst to the user because the password field only shows asterisks. The user will get an error when they try to connect the wifi. Switching to number mode for entering the zero(s) portion of the password fixes the issue.
I've been meaning to post this for some time and was reminded recently when we saw this happen on a T54W with the latest (96.85.0.5) firmware.
