Using latest w60b/56h firmware and using sla. All handsets enabled for all lines. Placing a call on hold shows sca flashing and the line showing held but on other handsets there is no retrieve call option in sca.
Verified not using private hold. Any ideas?

Did you ever figure out the solution to this? I am experiencing the same behavior. I have my W60B registered to a FusionPBX.
