We have bought a yealink VC200 as it was suposed to support Microsoft Teams, but we can not find any information about how to connect Microsoft Teams to the VC200.

Any solution on this?

Yes, that was supposed to be the case, but sadly Yealink changed their plans.

VC200 does not and will not have Teams version.

Instead, there is new version, called Yealink VC210, that is made for MS Teams. You can find more info below:

Dear Lukasz,

thank you for your answer.
Maybe it is possible to upgrade from VC200 to VC210...
Yealink should help the customers, as they promissed a feature but canceled it. We invested nearly 2000 € in something that is rubbish for our company now....
