We are trying to ability music on hold in T19 E2 (P), but we have some doubts:

It is possible to use internal Windows Server like MOH Server? And we point it through the path: Features -> Action URL -> Hold -> http://myIPServer/musicFile.wav?

We are following the documents:

I believe you have some misunderstanding.

Action URLs does something on the server after something on the phone happend. (i.e. Every time you placed someone on hold adds the info on a log in the server), it cannot do anything on the phone itself.

The Music on Hold is something handled by SIP (and in most situations that would be your PBX system.)
