Does this device support USB mode so that it can serve as a PC device in Desktop Teams app? How about Speed Dial options for favorite users? What other Teams features like these that exist on the desktop client (but not this phone) are on the road map?

For your question , T58A don't support USB mode and Speed Dial options now . As for the expected suppport time of other Teams features , you can have a look of the road map i attached .
