Greetings,

I just acquired a T58A and T58V.

We use Alert-Info on T27G to create distictive rings for inside calls, outside calls and DID calls. It works perfectly.

I've setup the T58A and T58V the same way but the desired ringtone is not being used. I've looked at the headers, did a level 6 log on the phone and can see the Alert-Info information.

Is there a setting I'm missing on the T58 or do I need to downgrade the firmware?

Hi,

Did you enable "Distinctive Ring Tones"?
account.x.alert_info_url_enable = 1

Yes, I made sure it was enabled in the webgui

I can pick any of the factory supplied ringtones and it will work.

I can play my custom wav file from the webgui after uploading it and I'm using the same wav file on my T27G's.

I tried renaming as another user did with a 54W but to no avail.

I guess I'll just try a previous firmware version to see if it work.

I updated to T58-58.84.0.15 and that solved the issue.
