Full Version: T29G can't hang up call unless end call is pressed

I have a customer with a T29G phone. He is having trouble ending calls. He is using the handset, but when he hangs up the receiver, the call does not disconnect until he presses end call. I'm thinking he has made some sort of change through the menu, but I don't have remote access to see the settings. I made sure he is using the handset not the speakerphone, but I'm out of ideas. Anyone have a clue?

Hi Cecilia,
Greeting from Paz.
For this issue, please double check with client that before he end the call, the call was held by he or not. Because when he hold the call, he can’t end call using handset.
If call is active but he can’t end call using handset. Please make sure the parameter “hone_setting.end_call_on_hook.enable” is set to 1.

After check and there is all correct, please help customer to get diagnose file. Please follow the steps for link below:
