A customer wants to record ALL calls to a USB drive. He doesn't want to start/stop recording because his people won't do it.

I cannot find a setting for this. Is it possible?

The phones are T53 and T53W.

Oops. I found it.

features.auto_recording.enable = 1

However, I've now noticed that the timestamp on the recordings are many hours ahead of the time shown on the phone.

For this question, we can find the time from record's name. Picture like attachment.

I have test locally. For this issue, that we will fix the wrong operating time issue.
