Full Version: handset will not ring-IP Office

Using a w60b firmware 77.83.0.25 with an IP office. This is a hosted IP Office with the handset a remote extension.

The handset will not ring on any calls but can make calls to internal and external numbers. This is a single handset on a dedicated base which shows as registered in both the web admin and on the IP office.

I am wondering how everything is going now? Did you set the handset to silent mode? You can long press the asterisk(*) to check it. If it doesn't help, please reproduce it, and offer the complete diagnostic files to us, then we can check more, below is the FAQ about how to capture diagnostic files.
