Full Version: CP930 Randomly mutes

Hate to pile on but we have the same issue with a CP930 on 3CX - phone will mute automatically after about 20-30 minutes.
We Have had this problem for the past year, we have 12 units of the CP930w, and randomly the call gets muted on different units.
Yealink tech support was no help. Really disappointed in the way they handle trouble tickets, they keep you running in a circle..

Can you repost these? The latest firmware on your website does not fix this issue.
Please try the following firmware for the CP930W and the W60B base.
