I was wondering if there was a way to configure the LDAP settings to display details such as the company name or even location of the user.

for the LDAP , it can support display the company name ,you just need to configure the correct Filter conditions. for more details , please refer to the introduction of LDAP feature of Yealink phones download from below link :

Excellent thank you! I was able to get it to work. Is there a way to display more information about a user in the Detail section besides the name and number by chance?
