Even after setting all options on the phone via the menu option it never forward the calls...

internal and external call do the same thing.

SIP-T21P_E2 firmware : 52.81.0.25

any ideas.. other phones like cisco 7940 work great.

1.What message on the screen or voice prompt when the phone fails to call forward?
2.Which type of forward feature you are using?
3.Please kindly provide the trace files to me so that I can help you find out the cause:
a. Level 6 syslog
b. PCAP trace
c. Config.bin
