I have a problem since the latest firmware update.
Since I updated, when a call on line 1, I can not activate line 2, I have necessarily to activate line 1 and hold the call. Such change creates many problems for me because if I withhold my other colleagues did not can get it.

Do you mean when you have a call on line 1, then you want to make another call with line 2?
You can press second line key, and then you can make the call with line 2, and the first call was held.
