Hi,

We have purchased a T41S Skype for Business device to test on our Lync 2013 server environment. Logging in works perfectly (user/pin or user/password) but in either way I don't have the possibility to search in the Lync contacts. I only can dial to a number, or search in local contacts on the phone. Is this normal behaviour? Do I have to configure something?

Hi Stefan

You need to contact Microsoft technicians to solve the problem. The login account needs to be logged in once on the computer before it can be displayed normally on the phone.
