Full Version: Unable to delete voicemail

Hi,

Our voicemail is full and I am unable to access them in order to delete them. I tried reconfiguring the voicemail access code but it is not working.

Any help would be appreciated.
Did you ever figure this out? Probably need more information to get the best help.
This doesn't seem like a phone (Yealink) issue, but rather something with the phone system (PBX).

Dialing the Access Code manually does work?
