Hello,

We have a customer complaining that when they're on the yealink w56 phone, they can hear everything going on in the background on the other side (No noise cancellation)

Does anybody know what could be causing this?/How to resolve it?

Have you tried using the headset?
BTW, restoring default settings helped us with a few other problems in the past. Can you do this?
