Full Version: Pin Authentication option missing

Hi all,
A group of users I support are using the T46S Skype for Business phone/firmware.
Currently the option to use PIN Authentication is missing from the mode drop down in the Account tab, and the PIN and Extension fields are disabled. Is there any way to enable this?
We would like to be able to log in using the PIN# instead of the username and password.

See attachment of 1 with the option, and 1 without(problem child).

During startup, the phone can download a private CA root security certificate used by Skype for Business and obtain the Skype for Business server address by detecting the DHCP options 43.
As a result, you can sign into Skype for Business on your phone with your PIN Authentication credentials. If the DHCP Option 43 is not configured in your network, your phone will not support PIN Authentication sign-in method.

Please check with your IT guys, to see if the DHCP option 43 is congifured or not?
