I've got a customer that we just swapped out their W52's for w56's to use the call park/pickup feature. Assuming that call pickup would work along the lines of BLF or context sensitive. Is this the case or was that a logical leap to assume that?
Sorry if this seems like an odd question. This was the whole concept behind the upgrade for these 8 handsets they have.

I do not think the W56 can do more than the W52.

Thanks, it appears while it has the buttons to park/unpark calls, it does not have an indicator for a call being parked which is what my customer really wanted.
