We have noticed that the 66.84.0.10 and .15 firmware breaks the Voicemail/Message button when the handset is OFF Hook. We tested the T48S and it works fine. Only T46S is affected so far.

Please try the firmware 66.84.0.20, it resolved the issue on T46S.
