Full Version: rps server is down

I get a with the latest version of chrome and firefox.

400 Bad Request
No required SSL certificate was sent
nginx/1.12.2

I also tell the browser to ignore the certification issue or go on to the page. I also get this on internet explorer:
This error (HTTP 400 Bad Request) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the web server, but the webpage could not be found because of a problem with the address.

How can I access my database. I'm in the U.S.

Any yealink staff reading this?
Are you using the correct URL? dm.yealink.com?

Just logged into my account and it's working normally here...

No problem. They changed all of the URLs almost a year ago now and I'm amazed you didn't notice sooner as the old ones were slated to be inaccessible around August/September I believe. There was a forum post and a mass emailer that went out to all RPS client accounts but obviously it got missed somewhere (probably caught in a spam filter for you).
