Hi..

I tried to find a way to show an image while someone is calling.
I set up a LDAP and stored some example users, including a photo (jpegPhoto). Is there any way to show up that photo, when the user is calling?
It would also be great, when someone calls on an special line, to show up the assigned image.
Example: Someone calls on a toll-free 800-1234567890 (for VIP-customers). The phone should show the VIP-image. Another user call the low-level-special-noob-number 800-0815, the phone should show the noob-image.

It's really appropriate - great phone with big display, so use it ;-)

Hi ,

This is Simons from Yealink Technical Support, nice to meet you.

For requirement 1, the phones do not support to display the photo uploads on LDAP, only support to display the photo uploads on Local Directory.

For requirement 2, the phones do not support to distinguish which line is called by display a picture. But you can set different ringtone for different line to distinguish when a call comes in.

Best Regards,
Simons
