Hi,

I have a yealink T46S connected to a POE switch.
We had a power failure and now the phone doesnt start.
The led on the top is fixed RED but no image on display and no button works.
It's not a switch problem and all the other 20 Yealink phones work. Just not this one.
I also powered it with the 5v power source and still nothing.
Any way I can solve this?

Hi João,

Please power the phone with the power source, then reset the phone to factory default by pressing the OK button for > 10 sec. and try again.

Please contact your reseller and ask for a replacement.
