Hi,

how can I set the caller ID of my T46S to a specific number?

I´m using a vanity number which is routed to my local number. My T46S phone is registered directly by the provider serving this local number. The provider has activated CLIP meanwhile.

But how can I configure my phone to send the vanity number as caller ID instead of my local number which should not be visible to the callee if I call back?

This not not possible to set out going caller from the yealink phone.
This is a function / feature of your hosted provider .

Most providers do not allow unverified Caller ID's to be sent due to scam's.
Contact your provider to see if you can verify Bring Your Own Number "BYON" as caller iD.

They may also have a function called "Caller ID Prefix" where you dial a service code before the number to select which caller ID is sent
