Full Version: T20P call interrupted in 30'

Hi All,

We have installed 4 T20P phone for a test. We thought to change all the phones in our office with this model... but we have a very big issue.

When i use soft phone, there is no problem, but when i use the T20P Calls is interrupted in 30'.

You mean that calls are disconnected after 30 seconds?
Assuming that the PBX is remote, you have to enable “Keep Alive” in the Yealink.
This prevent your router to close ports necessary for VoIP transmission.
