Hello,
We are using mainly Yealink T28P phones and gone in situation wen user massively use wrong soft buttons when put callers on hold.
The problem is in the position soft and hard buttons in yealink phones. Hardware buttons for conference pleased in order: CONF HOLD, but the software buttons in reverse order. When front desk operate with intensive call flow, there is situations when receptionist put two callers in conference instead of put one of them on hold.
Only way to solve this issue we can imagine - disable 3way calls, that unused on reception phones. Is it possible in some way to be done?
