Full Version: Voicemail Settings on T46S

We have T46S provisioned by Vonage.
When checking VM , before playing the actual message , it gives the time , caller id , caller phone number and then finally the message , is there a way to change settings ? I just want the message, the rest of the information I can get it other ways if I want it.
I am dying here , does Yealink Techsupport Monitor the Forum ?
All of that information is being sent from the voicemail system itself, not the phone. So there is nothing the Yealink can do to adjust/process it, you need to contact your provider and have them adjust your mailbox preferences.
