I am trying to install the latest firmware for my W52P: 25.81.0.30 (http://support.yealink.com/documentFront...entId=110)

Current version: 25.81.0.18
Current Hardware: 25.1.0.0.0.0.0
Current Handset: 26.73.0.30

The upgrade is not doing anything unfortunately.

Did you try, factory reset >reboot > upgrare > reboot ?
it could help on Yealink IP Phones.
