I have a customer that is trying to use the WF40 dongle on a T46s at his residence. When he plugs it in, it does not see his connection. It is a strong connection and is able to use it on his cell phone. He will then manually find it, enter the password and will not connect. I did send a new one to him in hopes that he had a bad one but unfortunately, that is not the case. Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas are appreciated!
