Base Firmware - 25.81.0.30

Looks like no response from Yealink. Anyway, i would really appreciate if someone could advise on below.

Handset successfully registered with base.
IPUI Code - 0227C02CCB
Area - Europe

Handset unable to register with base.
IPUI Code - 0227CE60E1
Area - North America

1. Does this affect in registering with base?
2. Is it possible to change these setting ?
