Hi together,
i try not for 2 Days that i can Connet to my VPN Server. -

But it false every time. And i dont know what i can do.

I have here 2x Phones.

T41S - Firmware: 66.83.0.20
T41P - Firmware: 36.83.0.20

This is my vpn.cnf that i upload to phone.

I tryed now around 10 other configs.... all with the same result.



I also add the Files: ca.crt client.crt client.key in the Addition Folder keys.

The Certificates are SHA1. See Attached Files.

I Upload the Config to the Phone and a see vpn.cfg that i can Enable VPN.

After i commit, the Phone restart and nothing happen. i say its "enable" but on the Display i cannot see a V other something like that.



If i Export the Logs... there is nothing... no error...

in the Boot Log there i only one Entry SYS<6+info> run openvpn nothing more...

i also setup a syslog Server... but there is also no realy message... what can i do?


Any Idears? I Reset the phone 4-5 times.... and on the OpenVPN Server there is NO Connection.....

ok, downgrade to Firmware v82 work.

@Yealink please fix this problem in V83 Firmwars, or give Input what we have to change!.

Try upgrading to V84 firmware it is out and commonly available now.

I have done testing and had no issues with OpenVPN holding a stable connection for 5+ days on a T41S running version 66.84.0.10.

Now I have not tried loading verison 83 firmware to confirm that it is definitely broken, but enough people have reported issues so I just assume the problem has been fixed in version 84. Try upgrading and post back your result so we can know for sure.

unfortunately the V84 Firmware is not yet released for T41P Modell.

I have here a T41S, i will enanble VPN und Update this Topic on Monday if it works with V84.
