I've got RPS working just fine on the parent T46, but the EXP40 module won't take any programming. I'm using these lines in the parent phone's cfg:

expansion_module.1.key.1.type = 16
expansion_module.1.key.1.line = 1
expansion_module.1.key.1.value = 300
expansion_module.1.key.1.pickup_value = *8
expansion_module.1.key.1.extension = 300
expansion_module.1.key.1.label = x300

I can't find the documentation for it so I'm assuming it's the same as the EXP20's, which I have documentation for.

We have a couple of customers with T46G and EXP40.
Auto provision lines are same as yours, ie:
Code:
expansion_module.1.key.3.label=Cabine
expansion_module.1.key.3.line=1
expansion_module.1.key.3.pickup_value=*88
expansion_module.1.key.3.type=16
expansion_module.1.key.3.value=245

Which firmware are you using ?
Thanks! We were able to get it up and running after a factory reset.
