Full Version: WF40 - no connection after reboot

Hello,

I recently received a WF40, plugged it into a T42s and configured it to connect to my network. The phone works but after a reboot it is unable to reconnect and I have to delete the connection and re-add it before it works again.

The network is WPA Enterprise with radius assigned VKAN and the phone is running firmware 66.84.0.10.

Any ideas on how I can get it to maintain a connection after a reboot?

Thanks

Hi Stephan,

I can't reproduce this issue locally, can you test it again, and send me PCAP, syslog (level 6), config.bin files to me?

Before testing, please go to phone web UI, and set log level as 6, then begin testing.
When you reboot the phone, please re-connected, and then re-add to get IP address, and export log files to me.

BTW, can you confirm this issue reproduce everytime in your side in every phone? Can you tell me how many phones have such issue?

Kevin
