Base for W52P&W56P-25.81.0.30 W52H for W60P-26.81.0.40

Confused as to which to use - running .10 on W52P and .30 on W52H's.

Having to unplug power (sometimes multiple times to get it to come back) on regular basis - did a factory reset and reconfigure about a month ago but still a problem.

Tried to export configuration but get a zero byte file.

Wonder if Base for W52P&W56P-25.81.0.30 addresses some of this??

Hi,

I do not know what differences are between these firmwares, but as far as I know the firmware found on the 3CX link, are for devices connected to 3CX to give a better interoperability.
For “normal” use the .10 and .30 firmware should be fine.

Please try a other power supply and check if the issue stay away.

Hope this will help.
