Full Version: My TY48S constantly connects and disconnects to Skpe for Busines

Can any one help me?

My phone logs in. When it is logged in, it will not let me call. Says invalid account. Then it logs out and tries to log in again. While it is logged in I can call in and call out. But then it logs out and in in again.

Does Yealink have any actual tech support as in a way to communicate with a human being? Most frustrating experience I have ever had with a piece of equipment.
You should reach out to the vendor who sold the phone to you, and also to your SFB contact as both should be able to assist in troubleshooting this issue.

If neither of those get you anywhere open a ticket on the Yealink support/ticketing system. You will get a response directly from a Yealink staff member far more quickly than just posting here on the forums would.
