That thread talks about provisioning the phone multiple times? How do you do that? I thought the phone would only provision once when it was initially set up or factory reset.

Wouldn't it be easier if you could use the following:
wallpaper_upload.1.url =
wallpaper_upload.2.url =

I'm trying to auto provision wallpaper, The web link is available over the web, but the phone isn't downloading the wallpaper to the phone.

wallpaper_upload.url = http://websiteaddress:8090/Wallpaper/Joe/SCF.jpg
phone_setting.backgrounds = Config:SCF.jpg

*Yes its on port 8090.
