Hi,

We have 2 cordless handsets W56H and I don't want the missed calls coming up on the screen. I have found a way to remove it from out larger handsets but not these ones and its very annoying and unnecessary. I've tried logging into the IP address but can't find a setting to change it.

Does anyone know how to remove it.

Also does anyone know how to change the ring sound when you transfer a call within the office. I can't find a setting for that either and the current sound isn't what we want

Hi,

About you issue,I will show you how to do below.
1.Go to web user interface.
2.Go to Feature->Notification Popups.
3.Choose Display Missed Calii Popup to disabled.

Hope this can help you.
HI Robert,

To open the web user interface I put the Ip address in from the base handset.
Once I go to feature it does not give me the option of another meny called Notification pop ups. I had a look through the other menus in features and can not find 'Display Missed Calii Popup to disabled.'

The headings I have under Features are:
Forward&DND
General Information
Audio
Transfer
Call Pickup
Phone Lock
Power LED

Hi Elise,

The W56P contain two methods to save call logs.
Call log feature and call log display method.

Call log feature setting can be found in WUI (Features > General Information > Save Call Log) or using provisioning (features.save_call_history = 0 (0=disable, 1=enable))

Call log display method can only be set using provisioning.
features.cumulative_display_call_log.enable = 0 (0=disable, 1=enable)

Hope this will help.
Can you talk me through how to change the setting using provisioning?
