Hello,

It seems that my Yealink T46G cannot pair with Bose Quiet Comfort 35 2 headset, even though I use the BT40 Bluetooth dongle. When I do a scan, T46G does not find the headsets; my iPhone however does.

I wonder if i missed an essential point.
Where could I get information about issues of compatibility?

Hi Mike,

I guess this is because the BT40 Bluetooth dongle support Bluetooth 4.0 only.
The Bose QC35 II support Bluetooth 4.1 and is not downward compatible to Bluetooth 4.0
The iPhone however use the Bluetooth 4.2 technology and is downward compatible to previous Bluetooth versions.
