I'm wondering if it is at all possible for the DND feature to be able to dial not one code, but two, perhaps in sequence or at the same time even.
I have a customer who is using DND but not logging out of their queues, I would like the phone to be able to dial two star codes (one to enable DND on the system and another to log them in/out of the queue) when DND is turned on, then another two when it is turned off.
Does anyone know if this is currently possible?
