Full Version: SIP-T26P no audible ring when receiving a call from another extension

My phone model is SIP-T26P. Calls that come in from the outside will ring on this phone, but calls coming from an internal extension will not produce an audible ring. I can see the call on my screen and pick it up, but I don't hear the phone ringing. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

For this issue, please try to disable the Distinctive Ring Tones feature.

To configure it: In phone web side, please make sure that “Distinctive Ring Tones” under Account-> Advanced is Disabled.
