Full Version: Does not answer properly when in a ring group

We have been testing with the the new firmware V83. If an incoming call is in a ring group the phone picks up but we never receive the notification. Direct call works fine.
We have all other firmware version work fine.

No settings have changed on our side V82 works great!

For this issue, do you mean the scenario below :

1. Phone in ring group
2. Call comes in , phone can ring
3. Pickup the handset of the phone , call will not answered, press answer key or OK key , also can't answer the call .
4. Direct call working fine, V82 working fine

Please point out if nay misunderstanding and let me know below information :
1. Which Model and exact firmware you test ?
2. How many phones you have in total , all have this issue ?
3. This issue happened every time or some times, if not every time, what is the rate ? 5 in 10 calls ?

At last but import, please provide the pcap file , bin file and level 6 log file of V82 and V83, then upload it and I will double check , for how to get them ,please refer to below link :

may I ask a question here. Are the successful direct calls from a DDI inbound number or simply extension to extension calls?
